We really, REALLY care about beer so if you have received a product you believe is defective in any way, please send an email to brewers@mountainmonkbrewers.com.au - We will get back to you and may ask you to return the product for further testing.

If we accept your order, you agree that prior to delivery we may terminate the agreement to provide you with the products you ordered, in whole or in part. We may do this even if we have received payment from you or sent you a tax invoice.

Any such termination shall be by giving you such reasonable cancellation notice as we are able to provide via any of the addresses you have provided us during the registration process. The circumstances in which we may terminate include, but are not limited to:

• any of the ordered products subject of your order are not available;
• there was any error in the description of any products subject of your Order or their price as advertised by us;
• your order is in breach of these terms or any other relevant conditions, or is contrary to a person’s rights or to any law; or
• these Terms provide that we may not deliver the products subject of your Order.

You agree that you have no right to change or cancel an order, however we may (in our sole discretion) accept a request by you to cancel or change an order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at brewers@mountainmonkbrewers.com.au. If we agree to you changing or cancelling your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, to the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agree to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation.

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is because we care about your beer and want to minimise the time it's not in refrigeration (all postage is at ambient temperature) - especially over the weekend. We do not ship on public holidays.

We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

All orders are shipped through Australia Post courier services. You are able to track your order via the tracking number they send you via email.

Shipping times vary pending your location but if you do not receive your beer within 10 days, please let us know via email to orders@mountainmonkbrewers.com.au .

Currently, we ship to VIC, ACT & NSW. Sorry, but we do not accept international orders and at this stage we can not ship to QLD, SA, TAS, WA or NT.

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the receiver to organise the address change directly with the courier. A change of address fee might be charged by the courier service to the receiver. It is also the responsibility of the receiver if the goods are lost and any replacement products will be at their own cost.

We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the Liquor Act 2007 (VIC), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.

By purchasing beer and merchandise through our online store, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. By using our website, you are indicating that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to follow them. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and we encourage you to review them each time you place an online order.
